What warranty does LBC offer and how does it protect me?
Lockwood Brothers Construction offers two levels of warranty. We offer a two-year warranty on the mechanical aspects of a new home. This comprises the furnace, windows, etc. On top of that warranty, your home is protected an additional five years against major structural defects by the Ontario Home Warranty Program, of which LBC has been a member since 2000.

What are the costs of LBC homes?
There are no prices on this web site. As much as possible, LBC will work with you to customize the home you want to fit within your budget. However, we hesitate to offer "base model" prices because most of our homes are custom homes, and therefore, most of our homes have custom prices. In other words, the price of your home will vary depending on how you want to customize it.

How long will it take to complete my home?
In most home construction projects, home building projects are complete in 90 days from the issuance of the building permit.

What does a home construction project entail?
Home construction projects comprise a series of phases. As a client of LBC, you can expect to be introduced to the following construction phases and be regularly informed, throughout the project, of your home's progress in regards to each.

How do I go about choosing a home design?
There are two primary ways to go about choosing a home design.

1. By browsing a list of existing home designs and floor plans and selecting one that catches your eye and heart. Such lists can be found in home design < magazines, books, and through contractors. Visit our new homes page, where we present some of the home designs already built by LBC.

2. Work with LBC and its architects to design a home that's custom-fit for your lifestyle and needs.
