Founded and led by owner Corey Lockwood, the company has been building with care, precision, and pride since 1995. With over 30 years of experience in new home construction, custom homes, renovations, and commercial design-build projects, Lockwood Brothers Construction has earned a trusted reputation for quality craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and a client-focused building experience.

Founder Corey Lockwood’s passion for craftsmanship began long before the company was established. Growing up in Chateauguay, Quebec, Corey became known for his natural skill as a carpenter at an early age. By twelve years old, he was crafting pews for the local church, building skateboard ramps for neighbourhood teens, and completing custom projects for family and friends. His hands-on experience, dedication, and attention to detail quickly shaped the foundation of what would become his lifelong career.

In 1992, Corey attended Ormstown Carpentry School, where he graduated at the top of his trade. Just a few years later, he established Lockwood Brothers Construction with a simple but lasting philosophy: take pride in excellent work, stand behind what you build, and always keep the client’s best interests in mind. Today, that same philosophy continues to guide every home, renovation, and construction project we take on.

Lockwood Brothers Construction is a custom home builder located at 2010 Totem Ranch Road East in Oxford Station, Ontario, proudly serving clients throughout Eastern Ontario. Our building area includes, but is not limited to, the Greater Ottawa Area, the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Lanark County, North Grenville, Rideau Lakes, Augusta, Elizabethtown-Kitley, Edwardsburgh Cardinal, Merrickville-Wolford, Montague, Drummond/North Elmsley, Tay Valley, and surrounding townships, rural areas, and communities.

Our standard service area is within approximately one hour of our Oxford Station office, though we may be able to accommodate custom home projects beyond that range depending on travel requirements and associated costs. Whether you already own land, are searching for the right property, or are interested in one of our available lots, we help create thoughtfully designed custom homes tailored to your location, lifestyle, and vision.
